If you know a project, individual, academy, or organisation that uses football to drive positive change in Africa, nominate them for a SCORE4africa Award by clicking here
"The FA supports initiatives such as this which highlight the enormous contribution which football can make as a vehicle for social change and improving lives. We also recognise the valuable role which African footballers play, not only in our game here in England but in the lives of their followers across the African continent. We wish Score4Africa every success with their awards and their work with football in Africa"
- Lord David Triesman, Chairman, The Football Association.
How the money we raise is used
SCORE4africa uses the minimum amount of money raised for administration, marketing & to hold our Awards Ceremony. We try and keep this (depending on the total amount raised) at 30% or below. All of the surplus raised goes to projects:
- 70% of the surplus goes to AFFORD and its SEEDA project. To find out more about SEEDA, click here
- 30% of the surplus goes to our LIVING FOOTBALL project. For more information about LIVING FOOTBALL, click here
