The SCORE4africa Awards recognise those who use football to transform lives in Africa. The Awards are open to everyone - individuals, grassroots organisations, community groups, footballers, football supporters, football clubs, football governing bodies, charities and NGOs, and businesses.

You can nominate for as many categories as you want to – you must complete a new form for each nomination. Only nominations completed in English will be accepted.
